Bernard is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana). He is also a member of the Sage Accountants Network (SAN), Canada. He has had extensive exposure and experience in accounting, assurance/audit, investigation, forensic accounting, due diligence, finance, taxation, business reviews, company liquidation and insolvency, leasing and the implementation of accounting softwares. His functional expertise covers financial management assignments in both public and private sectors.

He has held top executive and senior finance positions in industry and non-bank financial sector.
